I offer sessions online and from my London (E17) practice. Each session is a space to pause, reflect, and explore your thoughts and feelings at a pace that feels manageable.
Session Details:
- Duration & Frequency: 50-minute sessions, usually weekly.
- Session Types: Short-term or long-term, depending on your goals.
- Approach: Integrative and psychodynamic, always focused on your experience.
- Format: Online via Google Meet, or face-to-face in London (E17).
Fees:
- Standard session: £70
- Initial consultation: £70
- Concessionary spaces available for students or those on low incomes
Cancellation Policy:
- Sessions cancelled less than 48 hours in advance are chargeable
